Great location for Excel, super hotel with great staff.

Great hotel for visits to excel arena. Erynbig but we didn’t hear any noise at all from others. A few planes flying close.over but didn’t hear any at night. Bar and food at the bottom with very reasonable priced food but we didn’t eat here so can’t comment on quality. Rooms fairly small and bathroom also small but suited our needs for a 1 night stay. Standard hotel breakfast with most options. All staff very helpful and cheerful especially Sultan in the breakfast hall. Would stay again.

Good short stay and this Ibis. Stayed over a couple of nights for a conference. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good variety of options and exceptional service from Sultan at breakfast. Easy connections to Euston station. I would be happy to use this hotel again and would recommended this hotel.

Unpleasant stay. Not recommended.

2 nights in the hotel. Came with the tour operated by Mycruise. Not pleasant stay. Unfriendly staff during check-in or when assistance needed. Not helpful at all. Room was hot. No a/c according to them during these month. However near to train line.

Just returned from a weekend staying here. Reception staff efficient, our room 355 had a great view over the Thames + across to Greenwich + the cable cars. Everything needed was provided even a coffee machine , this was booked for my birthday we got balloons on the bed ,cookies + a birthday card / unfortunately the name was wrong on the card but gave us a laugh the thought was lovely. We slept well in the comfy beds ,the shower was roomy + powerful too. We had a lovely wknd just a shame it's quite a journey to get back to kings cross ,we went to Camden for our last day would have been a bit far to store our luggage on check out go for our day out then all the way back + on to kings cross for our train home . Definitely reccommend, the price we paid was great value.

Regular guests at the hotel, never disappointed.... Reasonably priced bar drinks and good service. Always nice to see a familiar happy faces. Sultan, at breakfast, cheery,helpful and courteous. Thanks to Yolanda in the kitchen for a bangin' breakfast!
